We build bread ovens and set them up for real bread baking, and everything else that goes in an oven. The gallery shows ovens we have built for customers: ovens standing on their own, ovens in summer kitchens, and ovens tied into a tiled stove or a cooker.

When a bread oven is tied into a tiled stove or cooker, one firing heats the room and bakes the bread. The floor of the oven is fireclay, which means that after firing it holds the even temperature bread needs for a long time.
